Welancora is pleased to present Reimagining Kinship, a group exhibition of work by Otto Neals, Helen Evans Ramsaran, King David, Grace Lynne Haynes, Madjeen Isaac, Julian Jamaal Jones, Will Maxen, Chris Cook, and Na’ye Perez. The opening reception will take place on May 8th from 6-8pm at 410 Jefferson Avenue, Brooklyn, NY 11221. The works on view present a more nuanced and expansive view of motherhood, one that exists outside the boundaries of gender and family, by considering ideas around nature as a source and nurturer of life.
